Nathan O'Rielly
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
Todd Walters met Nathan when he was just 10 years old and followed him growing up. Todd says he knew that Nathan would be super successful, that he had something many others didn’t have. When Todd launched YHSGR, he recruited Nathan to come and join the start up and help build it into the Best Place to Work, Buy and Sell Real Estate. Nathan is a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a double major in Finance and Management. Nathan’s background is banking audits working directly with some of the largest banks in the United States on industry-specific business loans. He’s always had a strong passion for the real estate industry and avidly follows the market. As CFO of Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty, Nathan brings added value with technology, communication, and works on continuous improvement of processes to better suit the agents. Additionally, he is currently working on the expansion into future marketplaces. You may find Nathan helping a Team Leader with their Profit and Loss statements or discussing joining the company with a Team Leader prospect.
Nathan and his wife, Katie, live in Sugar Hill. Katie is a middle school teacher. They love playing tennis and of course watching GA Southern football.

Dr. Dwight 'Ike' Reighard

Dr. Ike is a cultural care taker, building top level servant leaders, who inspires people to inspire others. As the Chief Inspirational Officer at Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty, Dr. Ike conducts monthly webinars and regular live training on becoming your personal and professional best. Ike has been blessed to pastor two of the fastest growing churches in America during his ministry at New Hope Baptist Church and now as Senior Pastor at Piedmont Church while remaining NorthStar’s Founding Pastor. Ike is the former Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer and originator of The Office of People and Culture for a financial service provider who achieved the distinction of becoming an employer of choice for four consecutive years. Ike has appeared in articles and news stories in The Wall Street Journal, Inc. Magazine, USA Today, The Atlanta Journal, The Atlanta Business Chronicle, Mission USA, Church Growth Today, Atlanta Magazine, Continental Inflight amongst others and has spoken before the Georgia General Assembly and the United States Congress.
Cheryl O'Rielly
CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER
Being in the marketing industry for over 25 years and successfully launching Directory and Magazine Publications in Southern California, Cheryl has been an asset to Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty. In Cheryl’s first 12 months at Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty, the Business GREW by more than 50%. She graduated from San Diego State University, receiving a bachelor’s degree in Art with a Marketing minor. She is a creative thinker and enjoys thinking outside the box. She has worked with many companies on marketing plans and complete branding services. The Real Estate Industry always intrigued her and in 2013, received her real estate license. Cheryl and her husband Patrick, have 2 grown children, Nathan and Kelsey. She enjoys spending time with her family, working out, hiking, and learning new things in her field.
Chase Lance
FINANCE
Chase Lance is an Honors graduate of Ole Miss with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry (Biochemistry Emphasis) with a minor in Mathematics. Chase’s background is heavily focused on renewable energies working directly with some of the most influential scientists in the United States on dye-sensitized solar cells to solve the growing demand in the energy sector. Given Chase’s desire to solve problems in a systematic and analytical manner, he has launched his career in the field of real estate. Chase has always been fond of the real estate market and plans to utilize his problem-solving skillset to grow YHSGR to a Billion Dollar Company. While Chase was at the University of Mississippi, he was able to work with companies like Proctor & Gamble, United Parcel Service, Walmart and several others to see first-hand problems and take decisive action to defuse problematic situations in a quick and highly-specific fashion. Chase was able to surmount all past achievements set by the University during his tenure at Ole Miss and plans to jump headfirst into the real estate industry defying ALL established norms to obtain unprecedented levels of success.
Morgan Walters
QUANTUM LEAP COACH
Yes, Morgan is Todd Walters oldest daughter. Morgan was a top recruit in high school as a softball player, receiving offers from many of the top universities in the South East. She accepted a full ride scholarship to play softball at the University of Missouri as a Communications Major. When her softball career ended, she entered real estate starting as an Inside Sales Agent. Todd Walters recruited Morgan to come to Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty to help connect agents with everything YHSGR has to offer.
Growing up around the industry, she has seen the ins and outs of the business from an early age and is passionate about helping Real Estate Agents grow a Super Profitable Sales Team.

Megan has known Todd Walters since she was 14 years old and played softball with Todd's daughter, Morgan Walters. She attended Georgia State University on a full scholarship as a Collegiate Student-Athlete and majored in Human Learning and Development.
After graduating from Georgia State, Megan worked for Coca-Cola. Todd recognized her talents all along and recruited her to come and join the Your Home Sold Guaranteed Family in the Fall of 2019. Megan is relentless at seeing projects through to completion. In her free time, Megan likes to travel, spending time with her family, friends and loves Falcons Football!

Claudia Pecotis
TRANSACTION COORDINATOR
Claudia assists agents in coordinating their sales and closings. Using a specialized program, agents are able to work with the Brokerage virtually and without paper. Everything is digitally handled. Claudia helps keep that system working to the benefit of the agents and their clients. This ensures compliance with the real estate commission and instant payment of agent commissions at closing.

MARKETING ASSISTANT - GROWTH COORDINATOR
Jaylen assists our Chief of Marketing, Cheryl O’Rielly in the marketing department. He enjoys social media marketing and letting everyone know about Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty! He graduated from Georgia State University with a degree in Psychology. He started working for Coca-Cola in hopes of getting into sales/marketing. After realizing that Coca-Cola was not the right fit for him, he started looking for other opportunities!
After a few months pass by Jaylen met Todd Walters and instantly was attracted to his ambitions and what he set out to accomplish. Jaylen enjoys traveling the world, sports, and spending quality time with the most important people in his life!
